Marina Bay Financial Centre is a partnership of three of Asia’s major developers – Cheung Kong (Holdings), Hongkong Land and Keppel Land. They have more than 200 years of collective experience in the design, construction and management of commercial buildings in this region. The developers’ most recent collaboration was One Raffles Quay, which forms the gateway to Marina Bay. One Raffles Quay was 100% leased before completion, and attracted a tenant mix of some of the world’s leading investment banks, accounting practices and fund management firms.
