Marina Bay Link Mall (MBLM) is the retail component of Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC), offering 176,000 square feet of quality retail brands, dining choices and convenient lifestyle services. It is seamlessly connected to the Central Business District and key transport nodes via an Underground Pedestrian Network.
Phase 1 comprises 93,500 square feet which is primarily Subterranean (sited below The Lawn@Marina Bay), the Ground Plaza as well as MBFC Towers 1 and 2. Phase 2 comprising 82,500 square feet will be spread over 3 floors in Tower 3 with TOP expected in early 2012.
